All transactions are processed in Canadian funds. In-store we accept cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard & Apple Pay. Online, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal payments.

Shipping Time: You order will be processed within 1 business day of receipt. Most orders ship CanPar Ground Delivery (2 day delivery), though exceptions include remote addresses and heavy shipments which may ship via a different carrier (at our discretion).
We do our utmost to ensure that stock levels indicated on our website are accurate, but errors can occur. If part or all of your order is unavailable, we will give you the option of waiting until it becomes available, or receiving a refund for the items that are unavailable.
Additional shipping charges may apply for rural & remote locations, e.g. Northern Provinces. We will contact you with a shipping quote prior to shipping in such cases.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Sweetpea shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the initial charge.
We are happy to refund your purchase within 14 days with your original receipt, with all tags and packaging intact. Purchases may be returned for store credit up to 30 days post-purchase. Returns with gift receipts will be eligible for store credit only.
Refunds will be issued for items returned within 14 days from receipt (shipping at customer's expense) on regular priced merchandise ONLY. Merchandise purchased on sale is considered FINAL.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 14 days from the day you receive your order. In such rare cases, please contact Tessa at [email protected] to arrange replacement or credit, as well as return shipping. For all other warranty claims, please contact the company directly.
